Typhoon Utor

When I was a kid, I was always happy for snow days.  Then, as a teacher, snow and ice days.  Now, working in Macau, I'm happy for typhoon days (as long as it's not too serious).  Yesterday we had a level 8 Typhoon signal, so everything shut down, and I did not leave the apartment all day.  The following article from the Macau Daily Times explains how things got a bit chaotic at the airports and ferry terminals.  A taxi ride that usually costs about 60 MOP (8 dollars) was going for 300 Mop (37 dollars) and in other reports, as high as 1500 MOP (187 dollars).
