Well, today I officially started looking at apartments.
I am living in temporary housing now and am allowed to stay here for two months. In the meantime, I must find an apartment to rent.
Mr. Wong is my Realtor and he took me to four apartments in Macau today. None of them really fit the bill...too small, too dark, too old, etc. I might take a look at what Taipa has to offer - those apartments are newer, since Taipa was only recently developed, and living there would cut my commute drastically.
I feel a little bit of stress, because I'd like to move as soon as possible, especially before classes begin on the 27th. Hopefully our second round of looking (Tuesday) will yield better results.
